Maisonette Refurbishment – Hackney E5

We completely refurbished a Victorian maisonette comprising of a Ground Floor 1 bedroom flat and 1st Floor 2 Bedroom Flat.

We completely stripped out the flats bringing it right back to the brickwork.  Everywhere has been plastered, some ceilings have been changed and the property painted throughout with new oak laminate flooring being installed throughout.

We also installed brand new designer kitchens. In one kitchen we moved the boiler up to accommodate the new worktop and in the other new installed a new boiler on the other side of the wall as instructed by the client.

We installed brand new 3 piece bathrooms for both flats and tiled right up to the ceiling.

We installed a new fibreglass roof at the back of the property and also painted all the exterior of the property bringing it to life again, whilst laying down new paving in both front and rear gardens.

This project was completed in 8 weeks.
